Milford Real Estate

Milford is known as Connecticut’s “Small City with a Big Heart!”.  It is located along the Connecticut coastline, just north of Fairfield County and approximately 1 hour from New York City and 1 hour from the Casinos.

Being the sixth oldest town in Connecticut, 55,000 residents take pride in their town and are proud to boast of their meticulously maintained town green which is the second longest in New England.  As you walk through the downtown area you get that small town sense coupled with the charm and the sense of history of an English settlement dating from 1639.  You can stroll over the historic bridges and gaze at the deep gorge at the Memorial Bridge, stop for an ice cream cone as you view the boats that have crossed Long Island Sound to visit or stay at the Marina, and then stroll back around the green area to choose which restaurant you shall have your favorite lobster or steak dinner at.   Milford is known for its fabulous nightlife, 7 nights a week!  Whether you enjoy outside summer concerts, food festivals, or just getting together with your friends, Milford has something for everyone.
